The list of 205 companies selected to participate in the visit to Vietnam with President Yoon Suk Yeol, including 12 affiliated companies accompanying the International Exhibitions Bureau (BIE) General Assembly attendance and the state visit to Vietnam, was announced by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The BIE General Assembly, scheduled for the 20th to the 21st, will be attended by a private sector delegation consisting of 19 representatives, including Choi Tae-won, the chairman of the Busan Expo Private Fundraising Committee (Chairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry), Lee Jae-yong, Chairman of Samsung Electronics, Jung Eui-sun, Chairman of Hyundai Motor, Koo Kwang-mo, Chairman of LG, Kim Dong-kwan, Vice Chairman of Hanwha Group, Cho Won-tae, Chairman of Hanjin Group, Cho Hyun-sang, Vice Chairman of Hyosung Group, and private sector executive members.

The 12 group representatives will join the Vietnam Economic Delegation as they travel to Vietnam. The Vietnam Economic Delegation consists of a total of 205 companies, including 24 large companies, 28 mid-sized companies, 138 small and medium-sized enterprises, 12 economic and trade organizations, and 3 public companies.

The Vietnam Economic Delegation was selected based on trade and investment performance, potential, and future industrial cooperation achievements, with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry submitting applications from companies. They will also participate in the Korea-Vietnam Business Forum and the signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) hosted by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry to discuss future industrial cooperation with Vietnamese companies and explore opportunities for expanding business.
